We had a wasp nest under the eave above the front door. We called Moxie Pest control since we use their service. They are hard workers, professional and with great manners. Before they arrive, they will call and text and let us know that they are coming. Mr. Bryan took care of the wasp nest this time. He asked us to stay inside. After he’s done with the work, he took a clear pic and showed us it’s gone! We appreciate his work and professionalism!

Katricia was amazing—definitely a 10/10! We’ve been dealing with several ant hills around our yard, and she did a great job finding them and taking care of the problem. She worked quickly and had such a positive, friendly attitude the whole time. Excellent customer service!

Rahkeim came to our home today to complete our quarterly service with Moxie Pest. He did a great job and I feel secure that my home will remain pest free! He sent notification via text when he was on his way to my home and rang the doorbell to let me know he was going to begin the service. When we spoke he asked if we needed any additional services or indoor treatment as well. I felt confident that he was looking out for my family! Thank you Rahkeim and Moxie!

Very good irrigation leak repair job. 5 Stars for Wadley, but 3 Stars for Moxie for not providing him with a helper for this big job.

John is a great tech! Nocked on my door very polite and explained the service he was preforming and even went as far to offer to demonstrate how the product works and what he is looking for to assess the treatment of my property and further serve my needs as customer. I've had plenty of techs come by and John was by far the best I've had!

I wish I could go zero stars. These people are a sham. Never killed an ant, wasps kept coming back, I had to use the warranty call outs repeatedly. I never had so many fire ants in my yard. For the first ten years I lived here, no fire ant problem. They Just go to Home Depot, get the broadcast fire ant killer, treat it yourself twice a year and you'll have much better results for much less. Called and was repeatedly told they need to come out and treat again (with the same stuff that wasn't working). I am convinced they were putting fire attractant in my yard. Five days after the sixth visit, three huge fire ant mounds in my yard. Save your money and run these shisters out of town.

Excellent service. Moxie’s program is well organized, easy to understand, and priced fairly. The technicians always do great work. Simon stopped by today for my quarterly session and did a terrific job. I’d highly recommend!

The sales person was very pushy, told me they could get rid of the ant problem & wouldn't leave me alone until I gave in & said ok, my mistake should have just gone inside my house. Once done signing up she told me I can't cancel without big penalties. 1st service was done, still had ants so they came back for an emergency service. Still had ants. 2nd visit all she did was put out ant bate & gel. Looked around my house the next week 2 bees nest, I knocked them down myself & the ants are still going strong. Called them to complain about the price for the service I received also told him their yard service that came out killed some of my grass in the front & back yard. He told me they would be contacting me, that was last week no call from Moxie except to try to schedule termite inspection, I said no. I am very dissatisfied with this company & will not be renewing after the year is up.

Michael Jones provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to help me. He put in extra effort to locate and spray/kill the wasps inside my home making sure the job was done throughly and safely. He was professional and thoughtful. I am grateful for his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
