Very prompt. Very good service very courteous service. The representative was extremely thorough in his spraying of our home outside around the house and inside. It’s a five star performance. It’s worth $20 not just five dollars.

I have received overall excellent service from Moxie. Dan was very thorough and knowledgable in doing the inspection and worked with us to get the financial side of things squared away. Christopher was courteous and timely in getting the service completed. I couldn’t ask for better service from either of these guys, a great representation for Moxie.

Had a black widow in the garden next to the walkway. Made a call to Moxie and they had a Tec come out. The tec was great he listened to my concerns both pest and pet. He was thorough and did a great job!

Roderick did an awesome job servicing my house. He paid attention to details and was very thorough. Moxy in the other hand, just gave me a day of service and when contacted, they reply with a 6pm estimated time of service. That is not acceptable.

Roderick was very professional. He notified us when he arrived to do our service as well as when he left. This is quite important to me as I have little dogs and I am always fearful that service providers will leave the gate open. Thank you Roderick for being cautious and conscientious about our dogs. Overall, I am very pleased with Moxie and their staff.

Brett Peak came and serviced our house and was absolutely amazing! I have two littles that are always in the way and he was so sweet and unbothered by them. I appreciated his professionalism and efficiency in his work! Thanks again!!

Michael was very professional and informative. We had been dealing with wasps coming in the house and not being able to figure out how. He found 7 nests that were out of our reach and took care of them as well as spraying inside the house as well. He also wore booties inside which I always love when companies supply those for their technicians.

I just had a person who said their name was Josiah ring my door bell and when I answered and asked who he works for, he said himself. So I asked what his last name was, and he said "when you own your own business you don't really real have to tell people stuff like that" or something and I said, "well I actually have my own business, and it's an LLC, and if I'm soliciting for my business, I would have no problem telling someone my business name." Then he got weirdly defensive, you can see him shrug his shoulders and say something like, "wow, aren't you cool" and try to sit down on my porch bench. I tell him to get off my porch and point to the no trespassing and no soliciting signs clearly posted on my front door, then he says, "yeah I saw those signs that's why I knocked so I could get away from all these bugs and this heat," or something. It was definitely the weirdest interaction I've ever had with someone who came to my front door. I had to go ask my elderly next door neighbor what the guy said the company name was so I even knew who to contact. I would not trust these people at all.

Danni was awesome, she was very personable and efficient! My roommate and I were pleased to have a female agent to service our home and hope to continue scheduling with her in the future. Thanks Moxie!
