I had a yellow jacket wasps nest the size of a baby watermelon in my tree about 10ft up from the ground. I called on Wednesday and the tech was here the next day! Quick and efficient, and I feel safe going in my backyard... Thank you Mrs Buzz!

This company is the best, I had a pesky yellow jacket bee issue and it was on a sunday(no other company picked up my calls). I called Mrs. Bzzz and they were here in less than 2 hours. Anthony is very knowledgeable and polite. He explained why and how i was having this problem and offered me diffrent solutions. The nest removal was a success and I would recommend this company to anyone......5 stars, p.s. they are a family owned business.

Fast response. Yellow jackets in my father's bedroom wall and they were finding ways into the house. Anthony came this morning and explained everything about how the spray worked and what not to do (yes we googled). We signed up for the maintenance program so we don't have to worry about this again. I like family owned businesses. Initial price was several hundred with a monthly of 60. Cheaper than others that were called. Thank you Anthony.

Anthony was wonderful. He kept in communication with me on his arrival which is important since we all hate those time windows lol. He was very polite, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I signed a year contract and am hoping for an awesome experience with Mrs Bzzzzz I called so many companies when I discovered my issue and they are the only ones who responded in a timely manner and scheduled so quickly, I was very pleased.

I called on a holiday not expecting anyone to answer and was prepared to leave a message. Instead, I spoke to someone right away and heard back from Anthony within 10 minutes. He came the very next day to treat the yellow jackets in the side of my house. Everything was explained clearly to me and he was very nice and professional. Great experience from start to finish. MR Buzz was GREAT!!!!!! Did a house inspection for a young couple trying to purchased their first home with a Veterans loan and needed to prove that there was no termites Or it could affect their eligibility for the loan. Mr. Buzz came out right away. Did a thorough inspection friendly., knowledgeable and courteous definitely recommend them 5+ stars
