Technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He explained everything in an easy going, easy to understand manner. Was very pleased with the visit. I intend to terminate my contract with my current Pest control company and sign up with Mug-a-bug.

We recently used this company for a wasp nest on our property. They were able to get us in super fast for an appointment, which was excellent. They were also very professional, prompt, and informative when it came to the service. The gentleman that came out was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I also want to mention that I did call around for prices and by this place was by far the most reasonable. This guy was great. We’re selling our home and the buyers required a termite inspection. Very thorough, personable and even a sense of humor. The buyers paid so I can’t comment on pricing but in chatting with him, the pricing was similar to 10 years ago that I did pay on my old house up in the city. Very nice guy.

I have used their services three times this far and each time their technicians have been thorough in spraying inside and outside our home for any insects such as spiders and ants. Definitely feel their service is worthwhile on an ongoing basis.

Highly recommend! The technician, Abel, was super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and gave great advice. He set up bait stations in all the areas we needed and even went into the crawl space. Would definitely use them again!

Used to be good, when Dad retired and Daughter took over, the professionalism went out the window. Services were incompetent and shady, and dealing with upselling became a monthly hassle. After a decade of loyalty, my money and I have permanently found another company to patronize and there is absolutely NO way we would ever go back. Don't waste your money.

Our tech was great! He was thorough and quick which helps with having pets and kids in the home. He took the time to explain about certain bugs we had questions on. We had a great experience!
