Jason and his team came out to remove huge birds nest from our vent, cleaned and disinfected and even cleaned the side of the house. Replaced all of our vent cover with better quality ones. What was most outstanding was their customer service. They came back twice after initial cleaning because we still smelled bad odor in the bathroom and they ended up cleaning from inside bathroom and found more bird debris and nests at no additional charge a d were fairly priced. I will be calling them back for any other issues that may occur!

Mullis Brothers Services was top notch. We had been hearing some things in our vents for a little over a week, unsure of what it may be until we confirmed it was a bird with a nest. Within a couple of hours, Jason was out to give us a quote and survey they work needed. Very quick, very clear on what he thought needed to be done. Next day he was out, replaced all vents, sanitizing/cleaning all in a matter of 45 minutes. Would highly recommend.

After agreeing to a fee of $1,200 to take care of the squirrels in our attic, we paid a $600 deposit to Mullis Brothers. He came a few days later and installed 2 one-ways, and filled some openings to the attic with wire mesh, all about 2-3 hours work. After a couple of days we still had squirrels in the attic, so we called him back (he was supposed to do a follow up visit anyway), and he agreed to come by the next day at 4pm. He never showed, and didn’t respond to any subsequent texts or calls. He kept the deposit for minimal work, and never finished the job.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! I had Tim come out to remove an animal in our bathroom vent. Tim responded and was onsite a few days later. Turned out to be a dead Cicada which he did not remove and put back up in the vent. Tim then offered to install overpriced outside vent covers. Had him install for the ridiculous price but couldn't install the one near the attic as he did not have a tall enough latter. Tim advised he would be back the following day and never showed. After two months of false promises for finishing the work paid for he stopped responding to calls. Called him from a work number and he picked up immediately. After explaining politely who I was he abruptly hung up. I've worked in customer service all my adult life and that's no way to treat paying customers. Very unprofessional and rude. Mullis will take your money and run at the first chance given. I strongly encourage not to give you business to these people.

Jason and Mandy were great. Raccoon mama in shed with babies. First place I called seemed commercial and wouldn’t be able to help for a week. Jason was at my house a couple hours after I called him. He immediately had a plan, stuck with the plan and solved the problem. Communication was top notch and helpful. Highly recommend their services.
