This summer has been my first experience with My Guy. They are the fourth lawn care company I have used ins six years. A couple of campaniles didn’t do a good job. The third was excellent but pricey. My Guys’ price for the entire season and add oncservices is very reasonable. What I like best is that they have been the best of all the companies in commenting on the status if my lawn at each visit and making suggestions, including simple no cost ones, to improve my lawn.

We’ve used My Guy Pest Control twice this summer. We were fortunate to get Todd as our technician. Todd was very professional, patient with our questions, thorough, efficient, and once we got a notice he was right on time. We had some issues we were dealing with and he did some extra research to provide the right solution. He did outside and inside our home. We were very comfortable having him come inside. We felt we were listened to, our questions answered, and problems solved. We felt the price was fair. We’ve referred, and highly recommend My Guy Pest Solutions and will definitely use them again. One note about scheduling. It’d be much better to have a tighter time frame for service provided. We had the day, but not a window of time.

I have used My Guy this year for our lawn treatment and pest control. I have been pleased with their service. My lawn hasn't looked this good for a long time. One thing that I have liked is that the same technician comes each time. Tanner is wonderful! He is friendly, courteous, and professional. He takes time to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend My Guy if you need this great service.

MY LAWN IS SO MUCH WORSE. PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY. I honestly have never written a bad review, so this will be the first. I have A LOT on my plate and was looking for something I could do to lighten my load. I was reluctant to hire help with my lawn because I've had issues with grubs/sod webworm and the last company I hired didn't treat it correctly. It took me two years to get my lawn looking great again. I let My Guy know this from the very beginning and they highly reassured me this was something they could and would handle well, so I paid for a year of service. I spoke with them before they applied the treatment in Spring and said to make sure they included grub/sod webworm control. They said they would ... Well, they did not treat it early and by the time I realized that was why my grass was dying, it was too late. Cole came out, saw the moths, that the dead areas had no roots, and confirmed it was sod webworm. I've asked repeatedly to speak with Chris, the owner. No response from him. Karl checked the treatment history, and confirmed that they had not treated for grubs/sod webworm early like they said they would. He was so nice, deeply apologized and reassured me they would make it right. They were able to stop the damage, but have done nothing to repair the damage that was caused. The grass that isn't dead is not healthy and green like it used to be either. It is yellow and struggling... What finally caused me to write this bad review? Vanessa spoke with management. She said they determined that the issue was fungus, that they had done all the treatments as scheduled/agreed, and were not responsible. What?!? (A technician mentioned that all their notes had been deleted at one point. Was this why their story completely changed?) I'm sorry, but fungus doesn't create moths... I sincerely care about people and have done all I can to be patient. After so many conversations with My Guy, lost time/money/sleep, frustration, and increased work/stress, my intent is to help prevent anyone else from going through what I have. I've suggested and am now requesting a full refund. As a single income momma, I will need that money to hire someone to help fix the damage.

We paid MyGuy for a year treatment plan to fertilize and treat for weeds. They said at the time we signed up it was guaranteed. Our grass has been fairly green, why I give 2 stars. We have had weeds this entire summer. We have called multiple times due to increased weeds. After the third treatment did not kill the weeds I asked about a refund. I was told by Karl, one of the managers, the guarantee did not mean the weeds would be gone, but they would keep spraying them. I said it wasn’t working, and he said they have kept spraying so they are keeping their end of the guarantee. Some guarantee, they must be spraying water mixed with nitrogen because the weeds look great!! I will use a different service or IFA treatments …. In response to the owner. I watered to the point of standing water, even splitting time to allow area to soak. Thanks for not taking responsibility and blaming my watering. The grass is green and so were the weeds!!
