I recently had Native Pest Management come out for rodent exclusion and pest control (ants and roaches), and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work and service I received. Niko was absolutely incredible - not only did he do a thorough and professional job with the pest control treatment, but he truly went above and beyond what I expected. He was extremely friendly throughout the entire process, taking time to explain what he was doing and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. What really blew me away was when Niko noticed I was struggling with a broken door handle and actually took the time to help me install a new one! Melissa was great! She completed our quarterly inspection and was very thorough. She did a fantastic job! I have also worked with Nico and Richard and they were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Todd did an awesome job at my church facility. He made sure every nook and cranny were covered with that bug spray. I thought for a moment he would have sprayed me too lol. But having said that I hope they send him back for our next appointment.

We appreciate their friendly, prompt service. Always willing to consider extra steps upon request, and able to add services as needed like the occasional fire ant explosion, or extra gel and bait stations inside when needed. Each of the tech’s we’ve had treat our home have been friendly and knowledgeable. Today, Reggie, really went the extra mile for us. We were in between quarterly treatments but Jay came out to do a quick spray and bait for a handful of roaches we had seen over the last few weeks in our patio and detached garage area. I’m beyond frustrated with this company. After FOUR bed bug treatments, I’m still getting bitten. I followed every single instruction they gave me constant vacuuming, laundry, even buying an expensive mattress cover and nothing has improved. What’s even worse is that I can literally see where they didn’t bother to spray. The dust on the walls shows clean, untouched areas where product should have been applied. It’s hard to feel confident in a treatment when the evidence of what wasn’t done is staring you in the face. To be fair, they do show up on time and they’re quick and clean. But quick and clean doesn’t matter when the results are completely ineffective. I’m tired of waking up with bites, tired of scheduling yet another visit, and honestly just tired of paying for treatments that clearly aren’t working.
