I just signed up for Natura to come out and help take care of the ant problem we have. The initial contact with Kelsea was very informative and straight forward. She was very professional and explained the companies companies program/services. She was able to set up an initial application today which was fantastic. The Service Tech Will who came over was very personable and informed us what he would be doing today and explained the process and how the application would work. He did a great job inside and out. I have been a happy customer with Natura Pest Control for many years. They are a terrific company! They successfully rid my house of a black widow spider problem and have maintained a very effective defense against further issues with any pests. The office staff is so helpful, professional, and they immediately respond to my phone calls and any request. The technicians are hard-working, thorough, and are experts in pest management. Both my husband and I are thoroughly impressed with Natura Pest Control. They are responsive and the staff from start to finish are customer service driven. Our plan with them also includes not only taking care of our property but also outdoor inground plants that may contract pests such as aphides. As of late, Luke Rogers, their tech specialist came to our house to identify why the ant population continued to pursue our property. As with all Natura technicians, he was polite, professional and a great listener. Luke, however, has an extensive knowledge of pests and beyond and a clear understanding of the ant population. He walked our property with us and discussed what we were experiencing. After listening to our concern to eliminate the ants in our home while hopefully not harming other insects (bees, butterflies, etc.) he came up with a plan. Executed the plan. And the following day, no ants!!! We could not be more pleased with their service. Thank you, Natura, from your front-line staff answering the phone and providing appropriate action to the talented technicians you employ. We are a happy customer.

I had a spider problem, and Natura came out the next day after I contacted them and eradicated the spiders and some ants I also had roaming the property. Dustin was the tech and he was super friendly, and took care of everything I asked him to, and all spiders are gone. Great service!

Good communication. Explained what he was going to do to help. Followed up with what he found. Advised to call office to schedule another appointment in 2 weeks. Much appreciated!

Will was courteous when checking in and leaving and thorough while spraying, checking and restocking bait boxes, and giving explanations to my questions. He did a good job as far as I’m concerned.
