I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years now. My tech, Victor does a fantastic job treating not only my house inside and out, but the garage, shed and plants when needed (black widows). I highly recommend Natura for your pest control needs. I also love the fact that the treatment is safe for my dogs and grandchildren. Their pricing is very good.

Genuinely nice to deal with. Kelsey helped me get set-up quickly and easily, securing me an appointment with a few days. She actually made a recommendation that I did end up needing just from looking at a photo of my home online. Will was very timely in showing up to my house (with a great attitude) AND was still willing to take the time to double-check I was getting the service I needed as well as to patiently assure me with more detail that my treatment wouldn't be harmful to anything other than the intended pests. The level of customer service employed by both the Natura employees I worked with made it an easy choice when I was shopping for services for my home, and those prices and services offered were competitive and diverse. Easy recommend!

Oscar was the best! He showed up bright and early with a smile, super kind and professional. He was here for the second round of treatment for our ant issue—just as promised under their guarantee. I even discovered the possible culprit (a forgotten honey jar way in the back of the cabinet 😅). Luke was fantastic! We have several rescue dogs here and he understood our concerns when it came to Ronan removal. We spoke for a long time, about his experiences as well and came up with a great solution. Luke took the time to explain to us what we could do with alternative Solutions and put them in motion. Luke was very kind, When our senior puppies would come visit him while he was working. Luke was very quiet and precise as he moved around the house. He was an amazing tech. I would love for Keith to come serve my house always he was friendly courteous on time, and even mindful of my pet and even took the extra time to say hello to my daughter. I wish there were more people like him out there working

William did a wonderful job with our most recent spray! He was so thorough and insured that key areas were hit. He was so respectful when coming into the house and was nice to talk with while he was working. We appreciate William's dedication to making sure our house is buggy free!

Our Nature Pest Control technician was excellent! He called ahead to let us know he was on the way, arrived on time, and was very professional throughout the visit.
