Cerrado Williams provided our pest control today. He was very friendly and professional. We felt Cerrado represented the company in a very positive way. He answered our questions and explained what he was doing inside and outside. We would highly recommend Cerrado and Natural State Pest Control.

Good customer service and nice folks, but just didn’t deliver. I paid $250 for “mole control” Tech came out and put two traps out. Then it rained like 5 inches. Obviously weren’t going to catch/kill any with that much rain. Came out again- rained again over the weekend. Kind of bad luck on my part and the technicians. Tech came a total of 5 times. About $50 per trip and I know they couldn’t have been on my property for more than 30 minutes each time. Not giving zero stars because technically I know they can’t guarantee they’ll catch them. But spending $250 and basically getting no results is going to sting. Would have like to have seen one more attempt before being asked to pay again for continued service.

I’m incredibly satisfied with the lawn care service I used! While they don’t handle mowing or trimming, their expertise in lawn maintenance is unmatched. They took care of aerating, fertilizing, and treating the soil, and the difference in my lawn’s health and appearance is amazing. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain the process in detail. My grass is now thicker, greener, and healthier than it’s ever been. Cerrado with NSPC came by to treat my yard & was the epitome of customer service! So nice & helpful. Answered all my questions & explained everything to me in clear cut way. Very much appreciated his patience & attention to detail in treating my yard. We recently redid our landscaping & I was concerned about the plants with the chemicals. He took the time to explain how treatment would work as well as carefully & diligently worked around all the plants. Highly recommend. 10/10
