We’ve been customers of natural way for approximately three years now, and I have to admit that our lawn does look better. There are a couple of spots that could look better than what they do but natural Lawn has been very good and responsive to our inquiries and suggestions in fact our application tech Orlando has been outstanding. He takes the time when he’s doing our application to speak with us, have short conversation about things we can do to make it better such as lawnmower, height, and watering and that kind of communication is very helpful to me as a homeowner because I just need to know what to do without doing all of the research and of how to do it all. Orlando has been outstanding. We’ve had different lawn technicians each season but by Foor Orlando has been the best that we’ve had so far. So I hope he will continue in the next season or two going forward.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I thought my lawn was going to need alot off work too improve it. After your applications my lawn looks amazing. Truly a completely revitalized lawn. Basically from the Arizona look to lush and green. Thanks again. I was referred by my neighbor and I am telling everyone I know.

Did not come out consistently as promised. Lawn looks worse than before I had the service. Leo calling in and they kept saying we”ll be out next week. Left a survey and no one ever called me. Please do not use this company you will be disappointed.

Horrible 2022 experience. Hired to apply 6 applications, they came out once in the Spring, with hardly any fertilizer put down (had to hunt to find any evidence besides the sign). They then stopped coming, and at one point my neighbor with a different company had gotten 4 applications to my 1. I called weekly (oh, their wonderful guarantee!) and was told repeatedly someone would be out the next week and they were having staffing issues. In the meantime the weeds grew and grew. Finally in August a manager came out and was shocked at the condition of my lawn. He did effectively spray the weeds and then said I would need to reseed as the dying weeds would leave all kinds of bare spots. These photos are from August. I'll do it myself next year.

Just a quick shout out to Natural Way of Lake Orion. I used them in the past and was very satisfied , thought I would try another vendor and was not as pleased. Back with Natural Way and looks like I will keep it that way. Good service , knowledge and care for you lawn.
