I caretake/housekeep at a few VERY high end properties in the Saranac Lake/Tupper Lake area and we’ve had issues with carpenter ants & squirrels. Natures Way was recommended to me by one of my groundskeepers and Nate was sent to all 3 places! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and with Nate himself!! I’ll be reaching out to them again in the near future for another of my properties! Their rates are quite reasonable and they’ve always done what they say they’re going to, they show up on time and have always been courteous & professional towards me and to my homeowners!

Didn't get rid of the problem mice. Never checked the dryer that they were coming in at. The floor vents my bed was ruined it was awful. Got no help and the price i paid for the help was almost 200.Then wanted almost 80. Dollars a month for what ? I'll never deal with a company that takes your money and doesn't fix them problem.

First time using Nature’sWay Pest Control. I highly recommend this service. Andy in customer service/scheduling was great, he answered all my questions and got me started. Technician Hero was amazing, he was courteous, he listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job at the house and I was very grateful. Manager JP was also very pleasant and professional to work with. Great team!

We had Scott Sherman treat our basement for a bees nest . He was fast and efficient and I even learned a little about bee habits which makes me feel a lot more prepared for next season . Scott had great customer service skills and was very professional . I called many pest control businesses in the area , even the one we have an account with , and natures way was the quickest to respond … which certainly makes us consider switching our account over to them for our quarterly treatment . Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommended them to anyone looking for great service .
