We loved the fact that we were able to clarify the most important details in advance with photos and a consultation. The appointment was then confirmed via WhatsApp – superbly organized! The employee who came was very friendly and discovered not only the entry holes but also a hidden nest. Thank you so much for the great and quick help! I was very worried about "suspected bed bugs." Fortunately, I received excellent care here: The technician was very friendly, explained everything to me in detail, and handled my concerns considerately. Because of my uncertainty, traps were also set up for an extremely thorough inspection. The fact that we were supposed to sleep in our beds was unsettling, but the technician reassured me, and he was right! Two days later, at my request, a quick check was carried out, and everything was fine. Since then, we haven't seen any insects or had any bites—luckily, it really wasn't bed bugs! Due to a wasp infestation on our facade, our property management company hired the company Nebily. At the first visit, a very friendly employee appeared, assessed the problem, and attempted to resolve it. I give this effort two stars. At the second appointment (within less than 10 days), another employee arrived to definitively resolve the problem. However, he refused to remove his dirty work shoes/outdoor shoes to access the terrace through our apartment. I offered him slippers, which he declined. Instead, he asked for overshoes, which I couldn't provide. He then reacted rudely and loudly. After loud protests, he announced he would get overshoes from his car. Due to this inappropriate, uncooperative, and unprofessional behavior, I canceled the appointment. The employee then declined to continue with the assignment. A subsequent attempt to reach a resolution with headquarters was also unsatisfactory – no insight, no solution. Conclusion: Customer friendliness doesn't seem to be a standard here. My impression: "Closed due to wealth."
