I want to be fair here.. Riley from Ned's home reached out after seeing my review. Which i greatly appreciate. As a consumer - you don't want to have to resort to a critical review to get resolution to an issue. Especially when my pest guy has always been solid. I appreciate Riley - hearing my feedback and going above and beyond to resolve... Thanks Riley! Acquisitions can be a bad thing... in this case - Go Green went down the drain after getting acquired by neds.. Customer service is disjointed.. Billing system upgrades screw up customer bills... then they wait a few months to tell you.. and oh by the way.. now you owe us what we forgot to bill you 3 months ago.. yeah.. thanks.. time to find someone new...

Keegan came and is awesome. He does the inside house efficiently, and quickly and completely does the perimeter of the outside of the house. And such a nice guy to speak with. We are sticking with them.

If you're looking for a company with good customer service, this is it. They're always helpful and courteous. All employees know what they're talking about. We have a monthly subscription for the grass/bug treatment and it works well. They've recently came out and handled a bee situation too. The rep explained everything to me and I'm hoping the bees are gone soon!

I am very satisfied with my lawn care. We have switched to Go Green Lawn and Pest Control about a year ago. Kim Andrews helped with our transition. She answered all our questions and was a real help getting our lawn to look beautiful. Thanks Kim!

I called Ned’s when I saw my lawn was turning brown. They determined there was a couple different diseases. Within one month of NED’s service it was back in great condition. Every time I called with a question there was someone there to answer it. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Your technician Kyle Gilfoy came out on Oct. 24th and completed the Fall Feeding &Winterization of our lawn. He is an outstanding young man. He was on time, very friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable about the grasses and the products. I've had Ned's (formerly GoGreen) service my property for over 20 years and I have never had an issue with them. If I have questions, they respond in a timely manner and will return and correct an issue that might pop up. I'm very particular about my lawn and with Ned's help, I would say it looks spectacular!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I called because bees were getting inside our Airbnb, and the guests were unable to stay in the home for two days because of it. I explained everything clearly when scheduling the service call. The bees were entering near a bay window, traveling into the joist area, and then making their way up through pipes into an upstairs closet. I emphasized that my first priority was having the entry points sealed off that same day so no more bees could get inside. I was told this would not be a problem. The dispatcher assured me the technician would check the soffit, remove what was needed to inspect the area, and seal off the openings around the pipes upstairs so the guests could safely return. However, when the technician arrived, it was immediately clear that none of this information had been communicated. I had to re-explain the entire situation from the beginning. Instead of investigating the area thoroughly or addressing the entry points, he suggested coming back another day. I again explained that sealing the openings was the priority, not waiting for perfect conditions to locate every bee. The technician went inside the home for a very short amount of time and then left. After he left, I called the office to confirm whether the sealing had been done. I was told that it did not appear that any sealing was completed and that only some spray had been applied. None of the steps I specifically asked for were done. When I tried to speak with someone who could help resolve the issue, I was told I would have to wait until the next day for a follow-up. No one offered a solution for that evening, even though I had already explained that guests could not stay in the home until the openings were sealed. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I was promised one thing on the phone, and something completely different happened in reality. The communication was poor, the work I requested wasn’t completed, and there was no urgency in fixing the problem after the fact. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Not only do I use Ned’s lawn care for my own home, I refer Ned’s to all my clients. As a realtor, I want to make sure my clients have all the right resources for their own homes. I have vetted my allied partners for years and have the most wonderful workers within my sphere. I rely on all of them to provide me with great service and subsequently, to my clients as well. Our lawn has never looked so green and our shrubs are incredibly healthy and robust! I strongly recommend Ned’s for exceptional lawn care and plant maintenance.

We were impressed. From the initial contact and service. There was a complete and thorough cover of trouble areas, interior and exterior. Professionalism. Cordial, friendly and inquiry on any specific concerns. The young man is a great representative of what a great company Ned's is!

We are new customers to Ned's Lawn Care and they needed to do some reseeding on parts of our lawn. Silvino and Kelvin not only did a great job, but took the time to explain some additional lawn care techniques so that we could continue to have a beautiful lawn. We want to thank them for taking the time to make sure we would have a successful reseeding. Customer service is not something that is well done anymore, but they did it right and we want them to know how much it is appreciated!!!
