After 5 years of debating waterproofing my basement and having multiple companies look at the home for a solution I choose nelco cole because they were willing to do the hard work to dig out and stop the water from going into the basement saving the foundation walls. The work done was great and on time. If I had a question or a request it was taken. Only negative thing I could say is I later asked for more gravel on one side of the house and it was not done however it wasn't in the contract so I would recommend making sure you get what you want and have that added in on paper. I did not complain to them on this matter because I can live without it.

I got in touch with Nolan-Cole through a friend of mine. The service tech Marcus was outstanding, I explained I had a yellow jacket nest that I needed treated and he explained the entire process. After the work was done we ended up agreeing to a quarterly contract at a very fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I will start out saying that this company was recommended to me by a friend. They worked hard cleaning out and removing old insulation that had been wet thru the years. Leveled out underneath house, put vapor barrier down and a new dehumidifier. Very friendly and respectful group of guys. My only complaint is they missed putting the vapor barrier down under a room that had been built on. When questioned over and over about it they were to come back and do it. Finally several calls later to them they came but the guys that came said they did not bring the tools to do the job (which was to cut a hole in blocks to get to that part) so non the less they said they would have to come back. Well i called back to them, and they have never to this day called to let me know when they are coming. A job not completed. UPDATE 09/30/25 Changing my review to 5 stars due to company reaching out to me and did not waste any time sending the guys out and finishing up putting vapor barrier down. That was my only issue with them and I appreciate them contacting me and making things right. I think the issue was all about miscommunication with each other. I would definitely recommend them.
