I had evidence of fungus and water damage in my crawlspace. Neuse Termite and Pest Control was recommended by my realtor as a point of contact. They came out to investigate, told me the solution and gave me a quote. They changed out my vapor barrier and installed a humidifier for the moisture and sprayed my beams for the fungus.
