This company is undoubtedly one of the most professional, competent, and friendly organizations I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The office is incredible, and the service men who visit our home are amazingly skilled. We had a few mice a while back; they came out, and we have not seen one since. I highly recommend.

We had a full remediation of our attic insulation and treatment of a large wasp nest that was also in this space. NPC has a few different divisions and each team came out and worked efficiently and kept us informed as they treated the nest, set up traps for rodents, sealed any areas that needed to be around our home and removed and replaced the insulation. The office staff also is very communicative and easy to work with when scheduling. I highly recommend Newtown Pest Control.

I was concerned I had yellow jackets in my wall, and Newtown Pest sent Todd out within a few hours. He was great—answered all my questions, explained my options clearly, and got started with treatment right away. Over a few visits (initial treatment, a follow-up to ensure the nest was dead, then nest removal and wall repair) the service was great and professional. Every one I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Tim came to my house for a quarterly treatment to address problem areas for mouse control. He went above and beyond with his attention to details, and immense patience. I decided today I will only have Tim do subsequent visits to my house. Highly recommend!!

I am early on in my relationship with Newtown Termite and Pest Control but I have to say the experience has been very good. Ashland did a great job on our initial visit. I like her approach, not trying to rush out, takes time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond. Shane, who has come out twice to inspect is also very knowledgeable and professional. We are getting some larger work done with them soon and I expect that will go very well.

Ashland came out and treated our home with the utmost professionalism. She treated inside and outside most specifically for yellow jackets and box elder bugs. She made sure to explain what she was spraying and told me when she would come for next application. Very pleased.

When we were with Above All Pest Control, we had no problems. We had great service with Larry. But since Newtown bought them out, I've never been more disappointed with a company. Their employees seem as though they're not trained properly. One technician came out and almost completely forgot to spray one entire room. Thankfully, we caught him in time and told him to spray that room. They give 2 hour time windows, which is different than Above All Pest where they gave an hour. So I'm literally sitting around waiting for them and I'm sick of it. On top of all that, their prices have gone up more than once. I never had that with Larry. Also, was just hung up on without them even saying goodbye or anything. I'll be shopping around for new service.
