Russell is absolutely awesome! I reached out to him about a mouse in my apartment, expecting the usual runaround and a big bill. Instead, he was completely upfront and honest with me. He walked me through exactly what I needed to do on my own and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. That kind of honesty is rare these days. On top of that, he’s extremely personable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and just how down-to-earth he was. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and won’t rip you off, Russell’s your guy.

Russell came by today. I was panicked! I had ants. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. His prices are fair as well. I highly and enthusiastically recommend him!

I’m so glad I found Russell / Next Generation. He arrived promptly and listened carefully to my situation. Russell performed a very thorough inspection and the results thankfully came back clean. He could have easily tried to sell services to me that I didn’t need, but he was very honest. Russell even gave me some ideas for low cost preventative steps that I can follow on my own. I could not have been happier with Next Generation. We need more people and businesses like this.

Russell is great. He took care to identify my pest problem before treating for it. He also explained to me the chemicals being used and wrote them all down in his invoice. Then he followed up a few days later to make sure all was well, which it was. I have not seen such commitment to their job as I have in Russell. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested. And he does not charge a lot either.
