Randy came in for an inspection for what I thought was squirrels or rats in my attic. He rescheduled his day and came before 8am to make sure I didn't want too long for an appointment. SO grateful to have called and found NextGen Pest Solutions!! 10/10 experience right from the start! We unexpectedly found a large yellow jacket nest with 2 entrances in our backyard today and we are having a backyard party in 2 days! So we needed them gone ASAP and NextGen was able to send someone out for stinging insects the same day! The sales rep Rodrigo was super nice on the phone, answered my questions, and sent me the service agreement quickly. And then Jonathan who came out to kill the yellow jackets was even nicer!!! So friendly, professional, and courteous. He called me when he was an hour away and when he showed up. He found both entrances & sprayed a bunch so we are hoping they will all be gone soon! He did say they have a 30 day warranty and to call him if they came back. He also walked around our backyard to make sure there weren’t any other nests we were missing. Thank you SO much!!!!!
