Cannot overstate how grateful we are for Nextgen—they got rid of a nightmare flea problem that had plagued us all summer and came back legitimately 4-5 times for free to check on the issue, even proactively scheduling follow-ups when they saw there were still stragglers hatching. Massive shoutout to Roberto, Shoayb, Randy, Mark, and the scheduling team for being absolute saints to work with. They were so diligent and patient in dealing with our neighborhood’s access rules and hours, and the manager even called me himself to explain once why they couldn’t access my neighborhood at a certain hour—by far the most professional and dedicated exterminators I’ve ever seen, would highly recommend.

$70 biweekly but they only do one service a month. I cancelled the service because we constantly have ants, roaches, and wasps getting inside our home. One service a month is hardly enough. I was a loyal customer for quite awhile but now I receive harassing emails and phone calls over the final bill, which is for $70 for the off service when they don’t come out. The best thing they have going for them at this company is Ty and his customer service. Do yourself a solid and DON’T do business with this company. You can find more consistent and effective service for MUCH less.

Ty is very friendly. He makes sure to spray our kitchen and bathrooms and gives helpful tips to prevent the problem from coming back. Highly recommend!
