We have been home all morning waiting for someone to knock on the door because we wanted to have our indoors sprayed as well. We received an email that said they were coming today. It's been pouring down rain . We didn't see anyone around the house outside spraying in the rain. They would have needed our help to get in the backyard. We don't believe anyone did anything except leave a card that said they were here. We are extremely disappointed in NOMO Pest solutions because this isn't the first time this has happened. We will be looking for a different company in the future.

Last year I asked for help with grasshoppers I was told that it takes two treatments. I mentioned it to the helpful young man who came before and the one who came today. Neither knew nothing about my request. Now another year has gone by. When I started with your company I had an ant problem that help has been great. However I think I'll stop your Butservice and seek help with the grasshoppers with a different company in the spring.

They just came to spray for our regular service and they left a full hornets nest unsprayed in the front of our house!!! I’m not even sure what I just paid for if they missed an entire hive!
