He took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all my questions clearly. He sent me advance notice of his arrival, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I’ve already noticed a huge improvement, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my home is protected. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control.

Great experience, Lane did a fine job, I called 3 companies, got 3 quotes, Noosa (Chase) was the ONLY one who followed up, called me a week later and asked for my business. Service in general especially follow up is dead these days. Credit goes to Noosa management, they have obviously trained their people well.....IT AIN"T HARD!

Not only was he laser-focused on eradicating my issues, but he was funny and made me feel at ease. Let's hope Mickey Mouse found his way to someone else's house.

Noosa has excellent customer service. They really showed up for us when we had an urgent issue. Steve called me back promptly and was super friendly and helpful and got us on the schedule asap. And then Matt was extremely thorough, went above and beyond to treat our home and make sure our concerns were addressed and was very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Shawn arrived in a timely manner. He was very courteous. He went right to work. He sprayed everywhere and thoroughly inside. He also sprayed a few ant beds outside. We were very pleased with his work and he answered all of our current questions.
