Sam (my technician) arrived timely and explained everything that he would be doing. He did a great job on all my interior & areas! He was very courteous and performed his work both professionally and efficiently! Thanks to all...good job!

I do apologize for my lateness. Your service tech, Trevion Harley, is a professional in more way than one. Travion for starts was on time for my appointment, even coming from Oklahoma City. He was courteoupromotes, explained what my service would entail on his visit, he listened to my concerns and took care of them without any hesitation. Please consider a promotion at your earliest availability, he's a valuable asset to your company.

He went the extra mile and washed out and refilled my dogs water bowl after he sprayed outside. I really appreciate that! He did a wonderful job and is so polite.

I had no interaction with this employee. Thunder is supposed to schedule appts with me. Instead, they show up whether I'm home or not. Then they want a 'review' on their work.....this makes no sense. I assume they came. They bill me for work I do not see which is why I ask them to schedule. AND they don't. Sorry, no review.

Stewart was the best tech I've had visit so far. He was courteous, friendly and thorough. He is the guy to have come visit - I want him every time.
