I called Norman’s pest control to attend to a yellow jacket infestation at my mother’s home. I explained the situation and Jerry confirmed that this needed to be taken care of. Jerry dropped what he was doing to have a look, he arrived at the house within the hour. He is very knowledgeable & professional. Highly recommend!

Their work was very good and Jerry is very personable. If keeping in contact and knowing when your scheduled for service is important then look elsewhere. All communication is when you call them.
