North County Pest Management did a great job. I had wood rot under some roofing beams in the eves of my home. They gave a fair price and committed to having the job done in two days. They showed up on time and were clean, courteous, and professional. Best of all, the quality of their work surpassed my expectations. They replaced or treated/repaired a dozen boards and their work blends in seamlessly with the existing structure. They finished on time and left the jobsite nearly spotless. I highly recommend them would definitely hire them again

I needed to replace my fascia boards and entry beams so I reached out to a good friend for a recommendation. After the initial consultation with North County Pest MGMT, I signed the contract. The price was fair. It took 4 days and the workers were professional, detail oriented and finished on time. We received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. I plan to do additional upgrades/repairs and will definitely contract them again.

I was in escrow and had two decks that practically had to be replaced. North County came out so quick and gave me such a great bid. It wasn't because of the great bid I went with them, it was because of the confidence they spoke of doing such a complex project. The project was in old town and the decks were so high. They backed the confidence up with a great job. They finished on time and the job was done so well. They are a new company and they deserve all the credit. I have referred them and anyone needing work needs to call them. I called 8 places I called and had 5 bids just to let anyone know of how much research I did before giving them the job.

I was referred to this company by my realtor. I looked at his Yelp reviews and I should have listened. This has been my worst experience with a termite company! Edmanuel did not follow thru with the agreed dates, he also subcontracted the work to another company and had no clue what was going on with my property. The subcontractor came out a day earlier than scheduled and I had to leave my house on a minutes notice. My house was tented and Edmanuel thought the house was scheduled another day. He was horrible at communicating with me. The only time he actually communicated was to ask for payment. When the tent was supposed to come down I was told I had to be at the house. Sure enough, nobody showed up and nobody called. After I started calling Edmanuel and the subcontractor, I was told the tent would be up for three days instead of two. Again, no communication whatsoever! Edmanuel is really good at harassing you for payment but doesn't follow thru on the work. Before I knew how dishonest and what a horrible business he runs I had paid him to exterminate another structure on my property. I was surprised and disappointed to see that he had his wife, YES HIS WIFE, spraying down my property. I don't think she's licensed or knows what she's doing. Again, I really wish I would have listened to the reviews. There's so many pest control companies. Do yourself a favor and don't hire Edmanuel!
