My husband and I just worked with Brandon again to rid our basement of mice. He found the issue In Our garage and continually checked back to make sure it was done. We also had another prairie dog hole and he came out to treat it at no cost after having taken care of 6 other holes. I can’t say enough great things about Brandon and his company!!!! Honest, hard working and going way beyond in professionalism. Anyone that disses this company is not an accurate testimony of service. Thank you Brandon and all your staff; you make pest and spider control easy for us. September 2025 Brandon, was courteous as always and very quick and efficient in helping our neighborhood with our prairie dog problems. We worked with Brandon 4 years ago and we just love working with him.

Aaron came out to see if a skunk had made residence under my shed. It must have just taken a short refuge from my dogs as no skunk but Aaron was very knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions to keep critters from going under the shed. I will call them in the future if I need help. Thank you!

I can't say enough bad things about this company. Unfortunately, I was not the one in control of hiring them. My HOA did that and I am working to ensure we no longer work with them. Apparently, in order to get to where they needed to go, they needed access to my back patio and the roof. No problem. The problem came when they had to move things- patio furniture, my tomato plants etc. They managed to ruin 1 of 2 plants (and then had the nerve to tell my HOA that my plants were fine. I have photos of all the damage), breaking 3 limbs and then left the plants where they moved them out in 96 degree heat all day (clearly causing damage). They also left all of the moved furniture just where is was, instead of moving it back where they found it. They did this as well with the things they moved in the front of the house. I've never seen a company treat a home and the belongings of it with such utter disrespect. No care was taken. I simply cannot believe this is what I came home to after a long day at work. I strongly urge you to find anyone else for your pest control needs. *Add horrible customer service to the list. In responding to this, instead of offering any kind of acknowledgement or apology, they simply state how great they are. Wow, I'm seriously floored by this. Do better!

Great first experience with Keith. He was kind, knowledgeable and the price was fair for spider/bug control. I recommend anyone that wants a small business versus a corporation.

I called for a rental property and I spoke with Eddie, he informed me they will not come out to the property because the tenants have live chickens inside the house. Yes live! The tenants were complaining about cockroaches and rats inside ( they have been there less than a year) We just needed something on file to get rid of these tenants!! Thank you so much Eddie!

Bryce was very friendly and offered great advice on the rabbits that made their selves a nest under our shed. We have sealed up the entry point since we were assured rabbits come out during the day. We did not want to harm them. I would highly recommend them.

Time will tell, if the mice actually do disappear... that said, the tech, Aaron, was polite, knowledgeable, a good listener, and quite thorough in assessing and treating the issues. Have also used NOCO Pest for wasps/hornets (I have a horrible reaction to their stings) and NOCO cleared 'em out 100%—hoping it goes the same with the rodents!
