I must say my experience with. Northwest Exterminating has always been excellent! I was very impressed with how they have kept my apartment roach free. What is even better is the rodent control service . Two outstanding workers are Joshua Lua and Richard Limon who pack a powerful one two punch that will be too much for the rats to overcome! These two young men were friendly and they took the time to explain the process to me. Thank You. John BIg Man King

The customer service is awful. They changed the dates on me. Didn’t inform me of the new time. Gave limited information and didn’t honor their warranty. Definitely do not recommend. Can’t want for the canned reply that they care and to call them for a discounted service that I want nothing to do with.

I am the first owner of a newly built home. It came with a 5 year warranty. Northwest never contacted during the us during the first 4 years we lived in the house. And now 4 months before the contract expires they will not provide any service. The only way that will do any treatment is by signing another 5 year contract. They want to be sure they will get your money but have never provided any service. Be carefull of this company as they are not honest and do not do the work they are required to do yearly They just want to be sure they get your money.

I wanted to give Richard the kudos for assessing my work place and plaza! He worked super diligently and gave me the right pointers to help him asses this problem that I had encountered. Because of northwest extermination and Richards hard work the problem has been erased. This was not an easy job to handle and he handled this not only professionally but also in a very nice timely manner. I am more than just thankful at this very moment!!! Thank you Richard for all you did! I know if this problem were to come up again I know who to call! For anyone else if you have any problem and you're not sure who to call give Northwest extermination a call and you also will not be disappointed! you will be satisfied with the work and the communication! but also will be more happy with the positive outcome and problem(s) erased!!!

Idk who getting service they been blocking my driveway for a while called to ask them to see if they can talk to their tech and move their vehicle but nothing solve very inconsiderate of peoples driveways

NW is not alone in a business practice that I find deplorable: not giving the customer (especially long-term customers, which I was) the best possible price from the start. I called to see about adjusting my weed service frequency, and their quote was the highest of the several companies I had also contacted, so I am going with someone else. When I called to cancel service, guess what? Right! They magically had a lower price for me then. Even though their weed service was effective and reliable, I won't do business with a company I don't trust.
