No call/No show two days in a row-no explanation. Asked for a manager to call, never received a call I know customer service is a lost art these days but this is beyond terrible. Avoid doing business with them!

This company continually harasses customers and makes it impossible to close an account. Despite multiple email requests, they have refused to process my cancellation.

I have been using Northwest Exterminating for many years. Our service representative, Scott is top notch. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Representatives at the call center are helpful and courteous. I know I can always count on excellent service from Scott and Northwest. Highly recommend for your pest control needs!

Update Review from 2024: I have remained a customer of Northwest Exterminating for the past 7 years. Great service. They come out 4 times a year but if there is ever an issue, they return at no additional cost. Very rarely do I have bugs in my home. The techs are all professional and friendly, going out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Review from 2017: What a customer-focused business! Just moved to Georgia this week and scheduled an initial visit. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. In all the chaos of relocating, however, I missed the scheduled appointment. She was very understanding and re-booked me for the following day. The technician who came out was Chase. He was also great to interact with. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly treated the interior/exterior. I'm very pleased and look forward to having them keep me bug-free!
