Good at what they do.!! They’re highly professional yet accommodating. They explain issues and treatments and are great to deal with and they do an excellent job!! Highly recommend!!

There are many levels of the service. I’ve been a quarterly Customer for many years. But also, I once had a hornets nest that just seem to materialize on a side porch overnight. I called in desperation. And out they came, and it was gone. We have been customers for many years and one of the things that is wonderful about this company is that they have employees that stay to work there for decades not years. That speaks volumes to me. They do a wonderful job.

I’m NOT a happy customer! I’ve been with this company for years, their Pest Control man would come by my house periodically and walk around the outside, then leave a note at my door that he came by. The one time in the many years I have been with this company, formerly Piedmont Pest Control, that I call for help for a hornet’s nest right above my front door, their receptionist tell’s me it’s going to cost me and extra $150 inspection fee! Why was I not informed by their pest exterminator that hornets were building a nest on my front porch? I have a contract with them to control pest! I didn’t notice it was there till the hornets tried to attacked me! How could they allow this happen? I’m faithful to pay my Pest Control bill on time and the one time I call and asked them for help they try to sell me another program. This is NOT Pest Control! I guess I’ll head to Home Depot and buy a can of Raid and hope I don’t get stung. This is my experience with Northwest Exterminating. Unsatisfied customer.

This company and individuals that I have dealt with are extremely nice and easy to work with. Great price on what I get in return from then. Thank you. Anything that I have called about while using them, has been taken care of in excellent timing and thoroughlt.

Glenn was very personal & helpful during a time of high stress. They did a very clean install and actually took the time to redirect a condensation line into a well that I had installed. I was very impressed with the results of the pest control pricing as well. They were significantly less than Terminex, and actually provide more coverage. Thanks, Ken
