If anyone is having any bug/pest problems I just had an excellent experience with Kevin at Northwest Termite & Pest Control. He came out to get rid of some wasp nests up on our roofline, provided me with great information on the paper wasps nests he found, didn't upsell me on any plans, and charged a very reasonable rate since the job ended up going much faster than expected.

I had Kevin come out and take care my Wasp problem, he is Awesome! He was right on time, he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to "up sell" me on anything! Generally just a pleasure to deal with! If you have ANY pest trouble this is who you should call!

You know that feeling you get when you're dealing with a service company and it's obvious that they care more about their customers than they do profit? It's becoming rare, I know, but that was my experience with Northwest Pest Control. While cleaning up my property for a party (spoken protest) this weekend I discovered a nasty yellow jacket nest. I can't be having people getting stung at my party (protest) and knowing Northwest's reputation I gave them a call to see if they could fit me in within the next two days. Kevin told me that I don't live too far from him so he could get to me same day on his way home. Wow! I met Kevin later that evening and explained the situation. He listened carefully, asked questions to make sure he understood my needs, and got to work clearing out my least favorite pest. After he was done he explained everything he did, answered my questions (it was obvious he's an expert in pest behavior, nesting, and removal), and made sure I was satisfied. Then I got the bill and was surprised how fair it was. Frankly, I think they undersell themselves but I'm never opposed to a good deal. tldr. If you're debating who to call for pest control, stop researching and call Northwest. Fair. Honest. Professional. Thanks again guys! You've got a customer for life!

Kevin returned my call the same day and was able to make it out that day too. He was here exactly when he said he would be, and actually shared info about things we could do ourselves. He quoted me over the phone and that price didn't change at all and there were no hidden "well, we did this too, so that's another $85". He got here, went over everything with me, did the job and was done within the hour. Very professional and I really liked the fact that he was willing to give me information to better handle the pests on our own rather than up-selling an extra service.

Contacted Northwest Termite and Pest Control to see about service at my Hood Canal home. Left a message, and just like the greeting said, he called me back fairly quickly. Unfortunately for me he no longer serves my area, but he had the integrity to call me back just like he said he would, and that’s rare these days. Recommended!
