So so so happy we switched pest companies. We have had a palmetto bug (AKA American Roach) for MONTHS now. We saw the first one over a year and an half ago but it really got worse the last 6-8 months. Like seeing 2-6 A DAY. We keep a clean home and we didn’t know where they were coming from. The previous pest company didn’t have any solutions or answers and didn’t seem to really care about our problem. When we made the switch to Nozzle Nolan they took it seriously. They treated me with respect and empathy, it was nice to be listened to! The whole team has great customer service. They came in right away and did the initial treatment. We saw improvements after the second treatment. I did call them out almost weekly to get the problem eliminated but their products works. They stand by it and I do too. They came up with solutions and now it’s under control. We didn’t see one for two whole weeks. 10/10 would recommend.

Christina patiently spoke with me at length after I noticed an increase in palmetto bug activity inside the house. She suggested checking little used bathrooms and sure enough, that was clearly the source. We found eggs and everything. Like a true warrior, Christina went into the tight space and battled them. I am so thankful for her patience and diligence.

Sharron is the best! She's awesome at talking things through, communicating our scheduled service, and she never discounts my bug phobia. ;) I totally recommend; she's kept my mind at ease for years!

We found a german cockroach in our house. Christine did the initial treatment and Steven just performed the followup. Steven was fantastic. He retreated our home out of caution, and he treated outside our home. Someone will be following up again as well due to the type of roach. Steven also took the time to answer my questions.
