Nvirotect is my lawn and schrub service provider and I have been very pleased with my service. Today I had Jack out to give me advise on the replacement of a portion of my St. Augustine SOD. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive evaluation and recommended course of action. I highly recommend NVIROTECT for lawn and landscape pest control and maintenance.

First off let me just say I've used pest and lawn for quite some time at my old and new home. I just want to say the gentleman who did my lawn u need to keep him around, I'm glad he's back, I know he had left the company and returned back. He is a hard worker, he's honest, ethical. He knows what he's doing. Very knowledgeable. Don't ever get rid of him , when he took a short period away from u my lawn started to deteriorate. I was about to leave. He showed back up today 8/29. Take care of this guy, he's smart, he's a good guy. He deserves to be taken care of and he deserves a lot of respect. Hope u can help him out and give him a bonus or something. From beginning to end the service was A+. We moved from CT to FL. The night we got to our new residence which happens to be on a lake in a beautiful neighborhood, but unbeknownst to us the people who lived their previous didn't allow pest control as need which I was told by the owner. 1st encounter with German roaches was not gonna work for me. Can't live with them, don't want to see a bug, can't stand crawlers. That night my husband and I sleep in a hotel until we can figure out what do. I called Nvirotect explained the situation. Thank god they were able to squeeze me in for this treatment and help ease my mind with this nightmare. They had their pest control agent come out by the name of Jayro. When I say AMAZING, I mean it. Personality, professionalism, massive knowledge on insects, these nasty roaches, etc. He was there for about 2 hours, prepared for the spraying, and preventive treatments all outside and inside include that service for the roaches. He communicated the entire way. He texted me to confirm the time of arrival, explained the process and texted me when he was finished and gave me instructions after the treatment. It was an absolute pleasure working with the company and all of Jayro's knowledge eased my mind. It's been a day and we already noticed a huge difference, however, they will be back in 2 weeks for a revisit. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend the company. If I could add one adjustment. Is the sales representative Judy never told me the cost of $225 was for one main area to treat the roaches and if i wanted additional rooms it would be $50 each additional room. I was under the impression that for that price they were treating the entire home for roaches. That's just and FYI for anyone that has roaches in multiple rooms. Roaches multiple they just don't stay in the eating areas so don't list to people who say they do. Once they're in the home, they're in and it will need to always take a few treatments. Still very satisfied.

Jack from Nvirotect is the real deal! He showed up at my house today after trying to reach me by phone, and I hired him on the spot. Jack is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and wasted no time. He got started on my lawn right away. It’s rare to find someone so professional and proactive. I highly recommend working with Jack at Nvirotect if you want excellent service and results!

Joey is really great about handling any lawn issues we may have, he spends a lot of time explaining things to us as well as treating our lawn. He is extremely knowledgeable and always so pleasant. We always look forward to his visits. Sara is so efficient, she answers my emails almost immediately and I am always more than satisfied with her responses. She, too, is so pleasant and so easy to deal with. They are both such dedicated individuals. We are so glad we have them and NVIROTECT as our lawn service!

Evan was so kind! He saw my 82 yr. Old husband down on his knees, trying to open a little door in the pool. He didn’t want to startle him so he waited until I looked up. I got the lever open and Evan moved a metal piece that I was painting in the yard so he could spray! He would not let me move it because it wasn’t light weight! He was so kind and told me not to let my dog out for an hour! A true gentleman!
