Wonderful, prompt service. Phone staff super helpful guided through process and options to meet my needs. Technician was very knowledgeable. Explained every step of the inspection and service. Made my family feel comfortable, even made sure the cat was safe. Identified my pest species, (ants) to properly treat my home. Extremely satisfied with this company.

Edgar is a wonderful tech. We have alot of yard with different areas. He is careful in each area including our garden so he keeps those areas safe from the chemicals while making sure we dont have issues. Black widows are rampant and he does a great job of keeping our yard safe from those. We appreciate his service.

They showed up at 7 am so punctual. He was very nice. He waited while I unlocked All gates and was patient as I moved The cars from the driveway. Wonderful service. He took his time and sprayed the yard and garage and even put my trash bins back for me.

We have been with this company for 4 years. Out of the 4yrs our monthly payment went up once and barely went up. We started with them at a rental property and had them move over with us when we bought a house. Our rental was bad there were rats in the garage at 1 point and "waterbugs" basically a cockroach around the outside the house and even came inside sometimes. I don't do and very afraid of cockroaches. We had them come out and inspect and start service. At the new house, which is known area for wasp, they always inspect around and take care of any nest we may have. They were affordable, even now, and great at their job. If you need them to come out again between sprays they happily do it quickly at no additional fee. They even work with you if you get behind or have a hardship. Moving to a new address was painless with no extra fees. We have only had 1 bad experience with 1 guy and the company immediately took care of it. That particular person does not even work there anymore. Otherwise, there have been some very nice, understand, on time, and informative guys that come out to spray. Never disrespected me or how my property has look, because it has been trashy before especially when I was very sick. At our new home we have been getting service from LEO ARAGON and a few others. We love Leo and have even put in a request to have him all the time if we can. Nothing against the other guys, they are good too. Only thing I would change and this maybe only me not knowing, but I'd like an easier way to get to my online portal. I only know how to get there through their emails they send. Overall I highly recommend this company and have shared with family and friends. If your looking for a very professional, reliable, honest, not expensive pest control service, you should try OFFICAL PEST PREVENTION.

Daniel P. does an amazing job! He truly cares about his customers, goes way and beyond no matter the situation and more importantly he cares about our pets. Always keeps us informed the type of service he will provide & timeframe to let our fur babies out to the yard!

Brian did a fantastic job with our pest control! He sprayed the front and back of our house, and by the very next day, there were piles of dead cockroaches. Whatever he used is working. We’ve never seen results this fast! My family and I are so thankful for how effective the treatment has been. Highly recommend Brian for anyone dealing with pests. He really knows what he’s doing.

We selected official pest prevention to service our home. We had a different provider previously and after our first visit with O.P.P. more is included for close to the same price as the competitor which is definitely a positive for us. Eric provided service to our home. He took his time to be thorough, was prompt and very kind and friendly. We appreciate the info he provided and for being so helpful.

I have been using official pest control for over 3 years now. We recently had a flea infestation and we called them on very short notice and they were here less than 2 days later after fitting us into their busy schedule. Stephanie R. Rogelio is a fantastic technician. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing prior to beginning. When I tell him any concerns I have he listens attentively and tells me exactly what he will do to address my concerns. Excellent communication skills.

I haven't had any problems with them coming when they say they'll come.They always come on time.And the price is good, really good. I don't have any more rats and the spiders are almost all gone.I still get them occasionally in the house.But not too bad. The technicians have all been really nice.And the people in the office have always been polite and nice and very informative. So far, i've been happy with the work that they've done. Getting rid of the bees was a big thing for me. And they did a really good job on that. Thank you.

Service itself is alright. Had service for over 4 years and cost went up a few times. As others have said, they charge you monthly but do service every other month. You can call for extra if bugs continue to come in. We still had some spiders and bugs make it in, but nothing is 100% so we were fine with the minimal amount. The billing and customer service get a 1. They are not transparent when setting up service or canceling that regardless if you get 1 service, you get charged for 2 months no matter what, it's just disguised as monthly. I'm sure it is in the contract, but never mentioned from sales. I canceled my service as a result of me moving, was informed I'm all good and I won't get charged anymore. Well a month later, I get charged again. I call and get the reason above, that I had service in October, so I have to pay for October + November and that is just how it works. Nothing about the previous CS rep saying I'd get no charge. Let alone they don't do receipts or confirmation of cancellation through email. That alone makes me not recommend Official. The techs themselves were generally pretty nice. They did do less and less cobweb cleanup, but no big deal.

I had a great experience with our pest control technician Tony. He showed up on time and was extremely professional from start to finish. When I asked about getting an additional service for gophers, he responded right away and took care of the problem on the spot. Really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable he was. Highly recommend!

Brian H. was our technician and he was absolutely amazing. He cleared all the many many spider webs from around the entire exterior of the house and addressed all issues without us having to bring them up. He was observant and efficient. Would definitely recommend this service.
