I called to set up new service. After a discussion, I decided on the option for quarterly service and made arrangements for the first visit. After coming out, I continued to see the pest problem, so I called and they offered to come back out and give it another round. From there everything seemed fine, until I later realized that they never came back for the next scheduled service. No phone call, nothing. I've not heard from them now in over a year. Not a good way to treat a new customer, who has now gone on to find service from a company that actually wants my business. So I got insufficient service in the first round, and then I can only assume the didn't like that I called them out on that and had them come back again (I was extremely nice about it, btw), so they just dropped me. Thanks for nothing.

I have used them in the past for ants and spiders. These guys are so friendly, trusting and very thorough, answering all questions. I know when they leave my home is safe from any type of insects. I found termites in my mulch. Thankfully no damage found in home, but with them treating and quarterly inspections I know my home is safe and sound from termites.

Reliable, courteous, and they get it right the first time! I wouldn't use any other company.
