Extremely detailed in information and was able to answer all my questions. Respected my time and did not rush me either. Well dressed and groomed. Only thing I did not appreciate was that he did not let me know he was on time. He was 2 minutes late. I value punctuality. Was going to leave 4 stars but I don't think it was too bad. He does not give the impression he would normally do that so it's 5 stars. If things change I'll revise.

Was amazing in his technique, precise, kind, understanding, and did the absolute MOST for our house! He did extra work to try to fix our snake problem and even got one!!! Amazing service! Highly recommend!!!

I give Dalton 5 Stars on this job. He did a great job and he was very thorough! I wish I had this experience the first visit last year. I may have missed this survey on the first visit. I would have giving 1 star. I didn't agree with the price of the job in comparison to the services performed on the first trip. I do wish someone would have better explained the scope and time it would take to complete the job. That being said I do appreciate Dalton's hard work and the free follow up vist!

They've done a great job taking care of all of my family's needs. We even had an expected issue come up and Brandon was able to address it immediately. Great work! Highly recommend!!

I enjoy their work. Always greet others with a friendly smile. We have had no issues with insects or rodents for over five years, and they are affordable.

I moved into my brand new trailer about a month and a half ago and I discovered there's been a mouse inside. The technician who came out (Matt) was absolutely great. He found out where the little guy is coming in from (hopefully) and got it covered, set up some traps and sealed a few other things. He also put my mind at ease quite a bit. He was very professional and personable, I would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Jayce did an excellent job. He showed up on time. It was a rainy day and we were at home with a newborn. He came in, put on shoe covers and quietly sprayed the house. We have definitely noticed less bugs in the house and gave gas zero mice since we’ve started using Olson’s. Highly recommend

Scott is super professional, always on time and just a dependable trustworthy person. I am glad he takes care of our pest prevention. It works great.
