I recently contracted with OPC to have them come to my house on a quarterly basis to spray internally and externally to remove pest and bugs. Marty is our service technician and has been to our home twice now. Marty has been very professional and timely with the service he has provided. So far, I am very happy with the service.

our original service provider was merged into this company and not satisified. They won't communicate when they are coming, and not knowing what they did. We used to get a quaterly services but now they show up whenever I guess. They just charged the services while we are on vacation and we came home to ants in the house. Called and they said they'd send someone today but no avail. Manager also won't return calls. Not professional at all and who knows if they acuatlly did any exterminating at all.

We just initiated service with OPC in March and had a positive experience thus far. Our service tech, Mark, is professional, friendly and helpful in addressing our service needs. We had to call for a return service between quarterly schedule. It took about a week for a return call from the office but they did follow up and got us on the schedule quickly at that point. There was confusion around scheduled time for our initial service, but the second visit occurred as planned. We’re optimistic regarding the record service experience and will continue to assess throughout our first year with OPC.

Marty is very efficient. We had an ant problem and worried about mice. So glad the ants are gone and haven’t seen a mouse.

I went on Angi's list to get someone to give me an assessment on insulation for my attic. Mitch called me right away and arranged for a home visit to assess my needs. He was thorough and professional. He looked on the outside and the inside of the house. He showed me areas of concern and provided photographic proof. The estimated cost seemed reasonable for the scope of the work. His company I will pass on to others.

I received a text from the tech that my service visit was complete. My complaint is that I did not receive any notice that he was coming. I would like to be home when they come in case I have any questions or concerns. No way to even verify he was here.or what he did and thank goodness my dogs were inside. If they can text that a job is complete, why can’t they give me advance notice. Called and was told they would put a note on my account to notify me before coming next time. we’ll see. As far as the service is concerned I am satisfied with that. Just their dispatching and scheduling needs work UPDATE: Just had my next quarterly visit and the tech called ahead and worked with me to come out when I would be home. The tech (Marcus) was very polite and respectful and asked a lot of questions to make sure he knew what to do. Very happy this time around. Changed from 1 star to 5 stars.
