Their techs are hardworking, thorough, and always check in to make sure any pest concerns are addressed before they get started. Since we started with Optimex, we’ve noticed far fewer spiders and other pests — which is especially helpful living right next to farmland! 🕷️🚫 We even tried switching to another company for a better promo and quickly regretted it. We've been using Optimex for over 4 years and they've always come through for our pest and weed needs. The scheduling staff is always responsive and accommodates our scheduling needs. The techs that have come out to our house are consistent and do a super thorough job each and every time. When I see the same Tech time after time, that speaks volumes for the company in my opinion, in today's inconsistent world I'm glad to know that Optimex treats its employees well since they actually stick around. The technicians are always knowledgeable and take the time to discuss any issues we're having. When I do find bugs in or around my house they are D.E.A.D, which is how I like it! My weeds never have a chance and my HOA leaves me alone. That also means the products they use work!! Enough said 😊

We are in the Cactus Forest / Florence area. We have used Optimex for weed, pest, and ant control. They have done a fantastic job in all areas. Before we used Optimex, we had scorpion issues. Our house was a new build and we had moved in directly after it was built. We had multiple bark scorpions encounters in the house among other bugs. I was about ready to pack my bags! But we hired Optimex after seeing positive reviews. The owner came out to talk to us personally. He explained various types of treatments and that it would be a 6 months cycle to kill not only the adults but also the babies. That scorpions often settle in the walls of new builds while they are being built and take a while to get rid of. But he assured us that we shouldn’t see them anymore after the 6 month cycle (after treatment started). Lo and behold he was right! We didn’t see any in our house again after about 4 months. It’s been 3 years with Optimex we have had no further scorpions anywhere near the house. No scary bugs inside to be found. Not even when we move furniture! Not even in the garage. The weed control worked great as well. I am so grateful for their services. It’s nice to have peace of mind in our home!
