Great experience. Was able to get a same day appointment for an unexpected mouse issue. Ryan arrived earlier than the given time frame. Took his time going to each area they typically place traps. Plugged in some possible entry holes from outside. Even sprayed for an ant problem we have been having. He will be back in two weeks to check in on our traps. So far great service.

Ryan of Optimum Pest Control has been servicing us for years ! He is simply the best ! Always on time, responsible, personable, respectful and knowledgeable of every insect he comes across. Today we had an infestation of crickets which Ryan explained is typical at this time of the year. Since we just finished reconstruction of our basement, we thought we might have a rodent problem because we see droppings on our patio, but Ryan assured us they are bird droppings. Although Optimum Peat Control does not handle wildlife, he suggested we simply use equal parts bleach and water. Spray the area. Let sit for 15 minutes and rinse.
