Whether you are dealing with the guys on the field or Marianne in the office, the professionalism is top notch service. Everyone has always been kind, they are very accommodating and worked around my complicated schedule. The price is unmatched and the products were safe and organic. We had a great experience with Optimum, Chris did an amazing job!! had termites at home and Chris came for inspection previously, he could identify the real problem on why termites were coming back, and was so nice and professional taking the time to explain in detail all the possible solutions to the problem and suggesting the best options.
