I just wanna say these guys are awesome not only was I able to call and get an appointment that same week without any hassle!!! The ladies taking my appointment had amazing customer service, knew what they were doing. Reassuring me I had nothing to worry about which is awesome cuz I've never had to go through anything like this before. And the extermination guy came out. His name was Noah. He knew what he was talking about. Educated me on the different kinds of insects. Also his customer service was outstanding. I didn't have any problem letting him in my house and doing his thing. He was professional and polite. We really like this company. They are local, not corporate owned, and friendly pleasant people with a good old fashioned work ethic. All I had done was a home termite inspection thus far. Ryan was friendly and respectful of my home. He inspected my home with care and respect for my property. If I choose to move forward with service from Orange pest control, I hope the other Techs are as respectful as Ryan was.

Ryan was great at explaining about termites and how to treat the problem. He was efficient and thorough in his inspection and upfront on what was needed and expected by both parties. He didn’t try to upsell the extended warranty. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Honesty and experience is why I’ve been with Orange Pest Control over the past five years for my bi monthly extermination needs as well.

Tyler R. from Orange Pest Control serviced our property today for a new situation of scorpions (after 35 years of NO scorpions). In the past 2 months (before we contacted Orange), we'd seen and disposed of 9 scorpions; 4 in the garage and 5 outside. Today, Tyler arrived, armed for battle (: He was on time, professional, and 'customer oriented' (asking us what specific areas we wanted treated in addition to the regular process). He did a particularly thorough job around the perimeter of the property and also inside the garage and kitchen. We are pleased with Orange Pest Control and with Tyler. We recommended this company. They are all helpful, friendly people that we've encountered so far. They get the job done, and at a reasonable cost.

We are so impressed with the service we received from Chandler today. Even though we weren't home, his communication was excellent. He let us know when he was on his way and when the job was complete. He did a thorough job spraying the entire exterior and, most importantly, remembered to lock the gate behind him when he finished. Incredible young man. Very polite, and very knowledgeable. I've had 4 estimates for my termite issue, and he was and is the best tech I have spoken to. Inspection was no cost, so disregard the price listed. Estimated cost for treatment was very reasonable.

Bryan with Orange Pest control did a wonderful job at our home! He exuded great effort, clearing away all the cobwebs around windows and doors that had been accumulating. This is important to keep the bugs away, which then keeps spiders away! This company is the most effective with pest control, across the board. We are really grateful for the thorough work Bryan did at our home!
