Not really helpful. Was more interested in signing up for a contract. One time activation blah blah ...left the problem dirty. No clean up. Put traps as saw the desperation and charged 150 asked if he had a vaccum for the mess he made ...nope.

So my wife and I had one of Orkin's employees come out and give us an estimate on termites and a rodent issue we have been having. He said he would talk estimates with us but need to take a phone call. 20 min passed and he left. We called the customer service line and they stated how poor the customer service was and stated they will call the office and find out what happened. We have never received a call back. Looks like we will go with someone else. If I could give a 0 I would. There was no customer service.

The Orkin personnel , Drew, who arrived to service my home was very prompt and on time. He explained to me the differences between a few insects that I have started to notice around my home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during his explanation. Drew’s diligence and efficiency is a testament of a true professional. Please acknowledge him for the job well done.
