TRULY disturbing experience with this company… They schedule without your consent and just show up even if you tell them specifically not to schedule you for a certain time. Our yard is completely fenced off the whole entire entirety of the property. There is no land at all that is not fenced not the front not the back nothing…. After notifying us the evening before via text, which we did not even read yet, That they would be there the following morning, which we had already told them we’re not available in the mornings… They showed up and proceeded to call text email repeatedly while I was in a business meeting. They sat in the street/driveway in front of our gate for half an hour, and then after not being able to get ahold of us or get on to our property, proceeded to fill up a tank of spray and just dump it out on a tiny little section on the outside of our fence… Which has been causing health problems. When we asked for an explanation, they said well, it was the last day of the month so technician just had to get the “service” finished for that month… Absolutely unbelievable not to mention We had an immune compromised special needs person in the house and the windows were ALL open and we had a pet who also has health complications in the house. Because of the direction it was being sprayed in (from OUTSIDE the fence) and the proximity to our house and the fact that the breeze was blowing, and all the windows were open, we have been feeling absolute sickly since we got home. Perhaps they don’t realize that they’re working with toxic poisons and they can’t just haphazardly spray it in the air or spray it in a tiny section just so that they can bill you and hit their quota for that month…

My tech Dontae, was great. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in his profession. He worked hard fast and hard and he did a thorough job. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate it Orkin.

Terrible customer service. They show up and spray the outside of your house without notifying someone that they will be coming in advance so they can enter into the property. Then charge you full price for the outside. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If I could give a zero I would.

My fiancé and I are very upset with this company. After he payed the initial price for the first visit they had told us that it would only be 74 dollars a month for our bundle. The bugs were not dying and I can’t even walk onto my porch without fear of giant spiders (the main thing we had gotten them for since we don’t have any indoor bugs). They never showed up on scheduled days. Here recently they sent my fiancé an email that they had arrived and did not call them like they were supposed to. And then charged us for the services that were already covered in our bundle. Do NOT waste your money or time with this company because here we are short almost 400 dollars and STILL dealing with spiders!!!! All due to their negligence!
