Our regular guy is Darius, who is wonderful, prompt and has an eye for detail. Occasionally we get the Specialist Andrew to come out ( to remove hornets nest and wasp nest) and assist with the more difficult jobs. Andrew is very respectful and is very thorough. These men deserve a raise!

I used Orkin in Gurnee, IL for years with nothing but continued problems. My local people were nice and tried to help but my issues never went away. I spent thousands of dollars, doing every plan and service they recommended. Years later, I still have mice issues. When I called to cancel my services, they did not seem to care. I was very unhappy and frustrated about throwing my money away.

We had some u identified tiny bugs invade our bedroom window. We placed a call to the “other” exterminators and Orkin. The “other” guys still haven’t called us back and Orkin came the next day! They treated the issue and contacted a pest inspector who will be visiting in one day. Our technician, Mark was very prompt, courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend!

2 representatives came to my home in less then 2 hours of calling. They were very informative and helpful during the inspection & treatment. Looking forward to continuing business with them.

My experience was a great one. I've never needed this type of service before but took a chance based on reviews and customer service was great from everyone I spoke too. The call center even tried to get me same day service even though it was after business hours. My tech Andrew went above an beyond to make sure our hornets were gone, that they didn't come back and that all of my questions were answered. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole nest removal and preventative spray was also super quick. I was very impressed.
