We have been with Orkin for thirty years. Great service and communication. Flexible schedule. I’ve only had three service people in 30 years so they have some longevity in their staff. Highly recommend.

Orkin tech on site (Adam) was and has been great. On time, communicative. The call center is a mess though. Suppose to get call on appointment by 6th. Don’t get it until 9th. Don’t get say in appointment date. Then it changes twice.

Brody is our regular service provider and has been exceptional every time. Not only is he friendly, he’s thorough and making sure we are satisfied. If we call for service in between visits, he usually arrives before by calling and stating he’s in the area if we would like home to take care of it now!!! We ask for him specifically because we enjoy his level of care for our home. We are grateful to Orkin and especially to Brody

I'm very happy with Orkin coming out so quickly to address my wasp and ant issues. I totally recommend their services.

Tom helped me understand the wasp situation which seemed pretty alarming to me as the nest was in the ground near my vegetable plants with lots of insects treating the garden like a runway back and forth all day. He assured me that the powder he was using wouldn't ruin our garden plot, and he applied it only to the area where the nest was, getting down to make sure he was applying it in the hole they were using to access their nest. Tom was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt like I'd made a good decision to call Orkin! Next time, I'm going to call their local number rather than the 1-800 number, as that guy gave me different information than what the actual process was once Tom got here.

I’ve been using Orkin for several years now, and their service has consistently been exceptional. The technicians are highly knowledgeable, and their attention to detail is top-notch. Overall, I've had a great experience and would highly recommend them!
