    John was our "pest control guy" for almost 2 years, and he was wonderful! Always timely, always considerate, and so kind and attentive every time my daughter would tell him stories or show him her toys. He's been promoted and moved to a new area, sadly for us, as we will miss him, but we are very happy for him as well! Thank you John, for being so great and making an impact on our first 2 years living in our new home! Wishing you all the best, God bless!

    Was promised my first 2 treatments would be included in 1 payment and that was not the case. Ended having to pay the second service that was promised. They either did not explain their billings properly or the person did not know what they were doing. The service provided was good, the experience afterwards not so much.

    Update: I spoke to the regional, she remedied the situation fast and effectively. Now I am back on the schedule and we spoke about my incident. All of a few clicks and things were fixed and without issue. So I’ve had Orkin for well over a year now. And they’ve been wonderful my technician Stephen absolute upstanding guy. Recently over the last 90 days there was a service that I had skipped. I’d let them know just like I would any other time that I’ve skipped the service and no issues. A week later after skipping service, a technician showed up to my house and did it anyway without my consent. I was billed $134. I got a call from the general manager, and I talked to him about my situation and disgruntlement. Told him what I was wanting to do and what I was gonna do if this was not remedied. He stated: “This is how you want to play this?” I said “I think it’s very fair that you look past this $134 and look at my account history to see how long I’ve been I’ve been with you and your company.” He said nothing was gonna be done pretty much by the sound of his voice and said I’d hear back from him later. Here I am waiting for the general manager and assistant manager to call me now and it’s been two months. The national Call center has been more helpful and resourceful than the local branch has. I will update this and keep you posted as I hear back as now the regional manager has been involved and I’m waiting on a call back.

    We have used orkin for about a year. Very reliable and communicative. Results have been great we have very minimal bugs in our house !

    The technician came the same day I called and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and told me what to expect going forward. I felt a great deal more confident in the effectiveness of his application. Thank you.

    Orkin was great. Initial visit today and went thru the entire house in and out to make sure we didn’t have any unforeseen pests around. We had just moved in and they came and addressed an ant problem we were having. Super friendly and very easy to get along with.
