I became an Orkin customer this summer, and have been extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them. I am working with the Auburn Hills, Michigan office, which serves private homes. The office staff is polite and helpful. The technicians who come out to provide the treatments are knowledgeable and polite as well. They take the time to answer questions, too. I have to particularly commend one of the supervisors, CJ, who went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of an issue I was having. He came to my house, and gave me all the time I needed to ask all of my questions and address all of my many concerns with bugs. He was kind and patient, and very knowledgeable. Also, when I originally signed up, the branch manager and an inspector came out and sat with me for several hours, and answered all my questions and inspected my home. I really appreciated everyone's help and professionalism.

I just want to alert you about my recent experience with Orkin yesterday. They used to be a good reputable company. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and a 4.7 review. However in reading some recent reviews it seems they are using upselling tactics. I have a birds nest in my bathroom vent and have bird mites enter my bathroom. These are tiny tiny mites. ( I have been getting bitten and suspected something else). He did a thorough inspection of attic and vents etc. Then told me that they wouldn’t send someone for such a small job ($300) …..so he then proceeded to say I needed a new ridge vent and sealing around all my flashing all for $4000+. I have 2 friends in construction so have 2 names to contact in roofing for the roof and am using Precision Wildlife recommended by a neighbor for the nest and hopefully the mites! Be aware! Update: Precision Wildlife was a no show for 3 days! I am now waiting on another company for Wednesday! Bottom line my problem is still unresolved! I will follow up when it is resolved!

Darrian was communicative and prompt. He explained everything from start to finish and did a quick and through job. He gave us best and worst case scenarios and we were overjoyed to come home and not see be attacked by fleas when walking into the basement. Couldn’t be happier and I’m just that the coming months will prove the same. Excellent job.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chad came today for our monthly Orkin service, and the experience was excellent. After a previous visit that didn’t meet expectations, I contacted the company — and they responded quickly, addressed all concerns, and made it right. This time, Chad called 20 minutes before arrival, showed up on time, and did a thorough, professional job. I’m very satisfied with how the company handled things and with the great service I received today.

The team, led by Jacob, did a very thorough job of sealing up all of the potential wildlife entry points. My home feels secure! Thanks team!

Pavel responded promptly and was knowledgeable, and professional. He scheduled us quickly and communicated really well to let us know of when he would perform an inspection and when the work would be done, what he found, what the treatment plan was and what results were. He was honest and turned up exactly when he said he would. Great service

Ryan with Orkin was great - honest, to the point, and followed through on what he said he would do. I told him I had a baby on the way and a dog that spends a lot of time outdoors and he recommended some changes to the plan. My only issue was with scheduling - they scheduled the wrong time initially and was difficult to get in touch with a person to change the time.
