Kayde was very awesome. He was very detail oriented he walked us through every corner of the house and wha it needs and how to cater to it. He was very patient and thoughtful to make sure we knew where our problems were coming from.

Service was very professional and easy to set up. They came out quickly and explained the whole process, and treated our home for carpenter bees and other pests. Hopefully we don’t need to use a pest service again, but would definitely recommend and use in the future if we ever needed.

Unprofessional. Waited all damn day. They kept lying and said I was next and the driver was running late. No call to explain what happened. The manager was suppose to call didn't even have enough respect to call me back. My advise, hire better workers,I have never been late for my customers unless it was an act of God. Do better!

Stephen Cabral is a very pleasant young man. He is also very thorough. He removed a dead mouse, set new traps, removed old asbestos and filled any holes he came across. I would highly recommend Stephen.

This Orkin location was quick with the initial installation, but horrible at follow up. I have had multiple cancellations and no-shows from them. The main Orkin customer service line is also not helpful at all. Each time I call, I was told the local branch would call me back to schedule a follow up service, but have never received any calls back.
