My service was great! I’ve had one session so far and my tech Dexter Fountain was awesome. He listened and inspected the areas where I’ve seen activity very well. He was very friendly and did a great job. I’m satisfied so far and confident the traps set out and spray will get rid of the problem soon!

John Cotten has been an exceptional inspector. Very personable and has a great willingness to help and provide options. Beyond satisfied with service provided. Home inspections we at no cost, monthly payment is a reasonable price.

We had Ivine today and let me just say it was a GREAT experience! It was a pleasure meeting and talking to him ! Very professional and informative , yet was able to have a regular conversation with him. Normally when a stranger comes to your house it feels slightly awkward even though they’re doing their job , but, Ivine was very friendly and comforting. We would LOVE to see him again in the future! We had a very disappointing experience with Orkin. From the start, we were not given an honest assessment of our pest issue and ended up paying for a service that wasn’t needed. The work was poorly done—my husband had to re-check their work in the attic himself. As a new mom with an infant, I felt especially vulnerable and trusted their expertise, only to realize later that we were misled and taken advantage of. We were continually passed around without honest answers or returned calls from Brandon Ray, Freddie Jones, and Sean. While the branch manager, James, eventually gave us a partial discount, the service should have been fully refunded given the dishonesty, poor workmanship, and unnecessary treatment. We will not be using Orkin again and do not recommend them.
