Orkin customer service is excellent. They explain everything from the beginning to the end. They have different plans that are comfortable for you monthly. I’m glad I chose Orkin for my needs. I feel a little relief knowing that I called on a company that had a quick response to coming out to help take care of some issues/concerns I had in my home.

Christopher has a great attitude and gave me excellent customer service. He went beyond the call of duty and checked all of my bushes for bees after I told him that my yard man got stung 10 times. I have never been disappointed with any of the technicians from Orkin. I have been with them off and on in 3 different states for over 35 years.

I have been getting this service for over a year now I believe and it truly makes a difference! Mr. John comes to service our home. He is the best. He is very knowledgeable, kind and does a great job treating our home!

I had a great experience today with our technician Kathryn. She arrived on time, very professional and took the time to explain the treatment process clearly. I felt comfortable with her being in my home and appreciated her friendly attitude.

I’m really disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication. I paid extra to address a bird issue, and despite multiple visits and assurances, the problem keeps returning. It’s been nearly four months, and now birds are inside my fireplace. I’ve followed up several times, but I’m getting no response. I understand things get busy, but being ignored after paying for service is unacceptable.
