Orkin is a great company because they have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Team Orkin here, I had a small issue after my initial treatment. It was NOT a reflection on the Service Technician, he was very thorough and did a great job in explaining what he was doing and why, and the intended results. My issue was trying to schedule the Home Inspector visit which is a part of the service. I filled out the survey and submitted it directly to Orkin. I had a phone call in less than hour after submitting the Survey. Issue was resolved promptly and I was VERY SATISFIED. I highly recommend Orkin dir their fast response to issues, it doesn’t get any better that—I will be an Orkin customer for a long time. THANKS ORKIN!!

Excellent communication practice. Orkin Pro, Jay was extremely courteous. However, only the outside application along the perimeter of the building was completed. There is a beeઽ nest in the eaves that needs to be addressed.. perhaps in the second application.

He was very thorough with the walkthrough and giving me details on how everything was going to go and what they were looking for. He was very friendly and very courteous. He addressed all of my concerns and came up with some solutions and let me know that they can come back and respray anything that needed to be touched up which was a plus.

Tim is awesome. He always is pleasant to talk to, knows our house and where the hot spots are. I appreciate the consistency by having the same technician every visit. And...we never have bugs, ants etc

This companies billing practice is deceptive. I initially called over the summer due to lots of outdoor bugs being an issue in my back yard. When they explain the plan to you over the phone and in person they state your initial fee is higher than subsequent visits (252 in my case) and then after that you pay a set amount monthly for services (79.37 was the cost I was advised of) I told them right at the start I really only needed services until the cool months when all outdoor bugs go dormant but they convinced me this monthly option was perfect as you could cancel at any time. This is the same info that was relayed by the tech when they came on 8/30. I cancelled services on Monday after being charged the 79.37. Since the bugs have essentially all gone for the winter I no longer neeeded the services as I stated would be the case. I look today and see I’ve been charged another $91. I call the company and now they state the $79 is not the actual rate for the monthly service that it’s actually $170 but the payment s are broken up to 79$ monthly on a continuous basis and so long as you don’t cancel that is the price you pay to fulfill your agreement. So as a result I was charged the remaining amount to “satisfy the September services.” This info is never stated to you though I’m sure in hindsight it’s probably hidden in the agreement they have you sign when they come out. This definitely feels deceptive to put in fine print and exclude from discussion when you talk to the customer twice before signing for services even when you are specifically asked if there are fees for canceling and they state there are not. 10/10 don’t recommend unless you plan to pay for pest services 365 days a year.
